radvertisments

it blows my mind how creative some people are
here are a couple of my favorite ads ive stumbled upon

“Advertising is the art of making whole lies out of half truths.”

a lollipop rip on the marlboro man

“I have always believed that writing advertisements is the second most profitable form of writing. The first, of course, is ransom notes...”

"If advertisers spent the same amount of money on improving their products as they do on advertising then they wouldn't have to advertise them."

hair, teeth or curiosity?

“You can fool all the people all the time if the advertising is right and the budget is big enough.”

“Advertising is the art of convincing people to spend money they don't have for something they don't need.”

american nightmare

“The caterpillar does all the work but the butterfly gets all the publicity”

real talk

heres an ad i made for some fictional juice company in one of my design classes last semester. i thought it was kinda sweet

birthday cards dont all have to be lame and boring

i would be way more psyched if he was staring at that chick and just grinning at her

indeed

“The man who stops advertising to save money is like the man who stops the clock to save time”

apparently this is one of the most famous marketing campaigns of all time. lucky strike paid the biggest dude in the industry what would be close to a million dollars now to revamp their logo and all he did was put a black outline on it. i dont know i guess its sweet

i would think this is brilliant, but ive put together a dresser from ikea before and that shit made me not want to live anymore

third leggin it

“I do not read advertisements - I would spend all my time wanting things”- franz kafka

“Advertising: the science of arresting the human intelligence long enough to get money from it.”

“Advertising is legalized lying.”-hg wells

sick cut mate

reminds me of risbergs toll collectors theory

and then you got ads like these that just blow the rest out of the water
